Now I Know Why

Now I know why she broke up with me! I’ve always been a major believer that the major gift-giving holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, birthday) are great litmis tests of relationships. As one of these holidays approaches, a person in a relationship has to think to him/herself “Is so-and-so really worth $150?” (or whatever it is you generally spend at these times) And if the answer is “ahhh, probably not” in all likelihood the person will end the relationship just before the holiday.

But, anyway, I just heard about a new holiday that is tomorrow, March 14th, and it sure as hell explains a lot to me. At any rate guys, I hope you have an enjoyable holiday tomorrow! I’ll be rooting for your relationships!

Now assuming that there are a lot of great jokes involving call girls and the word “Spitzer” I guess being a bit ill these last few days has kept me out of the loop…

Am I Back?

You may notice that I now have archives here. Old, old archives even (well, for me). I’ve been slowly starting to move stuff from my older blogs over to here. So eventually this will be like a blog museum, man. Or something like that.

But, I hope to start posting anew here as well. I’ve been spending most of my writing time elsewhere online, but there are some things that fit much better in TIRH’s free flow of wacky topics. So, if you are a past (or current) regular reader of mine, you know there’s about a 30% chance that that will actually happen regularly…
